2015 NFL Mock Draft;Top 10

2015 NFL Mock Draft; Top 10

1. Tampa bay Buccaneers- QB Jameis Winston-Florida State
      - In need of a franchise QB and they need to make the right decision here to help there fan base and have some excitement after coming off a 2-14 year. The talent that comes along with the 2014 Heisman winner is remarkable.

2. Tennessee Titans-QB Marcus Mariota-Oregon
-I can see them really trading this pick but, they don't they will be getting a great QB to come in Mariota the reigning Heisman Trophy winner.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars-WR-Amari Cooper-Alabama
-I believe this could be one of the best picks in the draft.I see the young wide out being a great player in the NFL and one who can fit the Jaguars new offensive scheme.

4.Oakland Raiders-DE/DT-Leonard Williams-Southern California
-This is the best pure defensive player in the draft. This can be the next Ndamakong Suh who the Raiders, did want this past March in free agency.

5.Washington Redskins-DE/OLB-Dante Fowler-Florida
-This has been the man that the Redskins were linked to going into the draft who have had one of the worst defenses in the last couple of years.

6.New York Jets-WR-Kevin White-West Virginia
    - The Jets need Speed and they will be getting when they select White. White will be the X receiver for New York as he goes with Eric Decker,Brandon Marshall and Jeremy Kerley.

7.Chicago Bears-DE/OLB-Vic Beasley-Clemson
-They will be getting a fast and explosive guy when they select Vic.He will be helping a terrible defensive team with there sack as Lance Briggs didn't resign with Chicago in the off season.\

8.Atlanta falcons-RB-Todd Gurley-Georgia
-If they do not trade this pick they will be getting one of the best running backs in this draft to help them with there lack-luster rush offense and also this will open up the passing game to.

9.New York Giants-OL-Brandon Scherff-Iowa
-The giants will end some of there OL troubles when they select either there Guard or tackle in my personal opinion he will be a guard like Zach Martin who was a Pro Bowler last year who also moved to guard from tackle in his rookie year.

10.St. Louis Rams-OL-Ereck Flowers-Miami
-The Rams must get a stable blind side and Flowers is the right man for the job as he is a great blocker.

The Subway Series

The Yankees and Mets get ready for a three game set in the Bronx. The Yankees took three out of four in Detroit and swept Tampa Bay the previous series. The Mets are baseballs hottest team and have one eleven straight. This weekend both teams will have some momentum however the Mets have their aces lined up for Friday and Saturday.

What do the Mets have going for them ?

The Mets have one eleven straight and have been arguably baseballs best team. The Mets have Jacob deGrom and Matt Harvey on the mound in the first two games. Obviously the Mets feel like they should win the series with their aces on the hill. deGrom has a tuff matchup as he is opposed by Michael Pineda. Despite losing David Wright and Travis d'Arnaud the Mets have looked okay offensively. Daniel Murphy looked like he finally has started to swing the bat well.

What do the Yankees have going for them ?

Michael Pineda is on the hill in game one and the Yankees have been hot as well. The Yankees have had great play from Alex Rodriguez despite him slumping against Detroit. The Yankees bullpen has looked lights out , Andrew Miller picked up another save. Jacoby Ellsbury and Brett Gardner have done very good at the top of the lineup. Chris Young the former Met has also looked great in the early going.

What to watch with the Mets and Yankees

Of course Matt Harvey pitching against the Yankees in the stadium will be story. Everyone should be really excited for that game. Alex Rodriguez comes into the series two homers shy of Willie Mays.

Fantasy Baseball Week Two Standouts

Nelson Cruz had a monster week. He capped it off with a two home run day on Sunday. Adam Jones also had a great week and finished it off with four hits and a homer. Alex Rodriguez also had a big week including a two home run game on Friday. A-Rod has become a must own fantasy baseball player. Last week he was a must start. Shane Greene is also a player who has become a must own player. Greene had another great start. Greene has made three starts pitching at least seven in all three. He has given up just one run. Stephen Strasburg bounced back with a great start last week. Kris Bryant was called up and had a hit and three walks in his second game. Jacob deGrom had another great start and if you are weary of second year pitches that's fine but trust in deGrom.

Most Own
1. Kris Bryant
2. Alex Rodriguez
3. Shane Greene
4. Lorenzo Cain
5. Andrew Miller

Droppable
1. Zach Mcallister
2. Matt Latos
3. Chris Carter
4. Latroy Hawkins
5. Carlos Beltran

Don't Panic - Jose Quintana got destroyed yesterday against the Tigers. It was his second poor start of the season. However his middle start was excellent. His last two years he has had era's under 4 and I
would give him more time.

Encouraging Sign - Masahiro Tanaka dominated the Rays on Saturday in Tampa Bay. He pitched 7 innings striking out 8 and giving up just two hits. He didn't allow a run. Prince Fielder has no home runs but is batting 385. Fielder has looked good in the early going. His average will come down but I expect the power to jump. After missing a lot of time last year Joey Votto has four homers and is hitting over 300.

Bad Start ? - Chris Carter is batting under 100. He has looked absolutely terrible. Carter is a droppable player. There are probably better options there now. Carter may get hot but you can't wait around until then. After an absolute horrible fist start Mat Latos has been better but not good. He is droppable in shallow leagues but I personally am going to give him at least one more start.

Player of the Week - Nelson Cruz bashed six homers in week two.

The New York Knicks Select...

With the NBA season coming to a rapid end, three players are fighting to become the 1st overall pick. These three diverse players have been putting in hours upon hours of work this year, but only one college star can be number one. Switching over to the NBA, the 14-62 New York Knicks are projected to be the first on the clock at the NBA Draft. Basketball genius Phil Jackson is at the helm in New York, and we all know he will make the best decision for the team. With that being said, here is the race.

1: Karl Anthony-Towns, C, Kentucky

This 6'11" freshman out of Kentucky has been tearing up the competition. Although he only averages 10.3 PPG, he can still put his back to the basket and score. In addition, the Kentucky team is 10 men deep, so Towns does not receive as many minutes as he should. Towns might also be the best big defender in the draft. Averaging 6.7 RPG and 2.3 BPG, Towns can defend anyone in the paint. He would also fill a huge hole for the Knicks. Jason Smith and Lou Amundson are not getting the job done down low. Selecting Karl Anthony-Towns would be a huge upgrade for the Knicks.

2: Jahlil Okafor, C, Duke

Another 6'11" freshman has been producing great numbers all year for the Duke Blue Devils. Leading his team to NCAA National Championship tomorrow night, Okafor averages 17.5 PPG. Okafor is almost automatic in the paint, shooting 68% from the field. Okafor is also a suitable option for the Knicks at number one. He can provide a lot of points alongside F Carmelo Anthony. However, Okafor still needs to improve at the free throw line. In the NBA, free throws are easy points, and Okafor needs to capitalize. The Knicks can't go wrong by selecting either Okafor or Towns.

3: D'Angelo Russell, PG/SG, Ohio State

Personally, I think the New York Knicks should select D'Angelo Russell with the first overall pick. The Knicks haven't had a great guard in years, and Russell might just be the next big thing. Russell can do it all. At 6'5", he can bring in some rebounds, averaging 5.7 RPG. Russell can definitely run and facilitate a team, averaging 5.0 APG and only 2.9 TPG. Lastly, Russell can shoot the three and score inside, averaging 19.3 PPG. Russell shows great leadership on the court, and that is something Phil Jackson should like. Russell is also a great defender, averaging 1.6 SPG. The Knicks can't go wrong with Russell at number one.

Who I think played like a MVP

In the beginning of April, the MVP race is starting to pick up.  Russel Westbrook should be the winner of this award.  I will briefly talk about the top players in the MVP race.

1.  Russell Westbrook: 27.6 PPG, 7.3 RPG, 8.7 APG, 2.13 SPG, 0.2 BPG.
Russell Westbrook is carrying the Oklahoma City Thunder with Kevin Durant out for the season.  Russell Westbrook is stepping up big time with Durant out.  Russell is helping his team win, and I feel that is what the MVP award is about. He is the most all around player out of the players in the MVP race. He shows this with his 10 triple doubles. He is the best rebounding guard, and is extremely atheltic. Currently he is leading the league in scoring with James Harden trailing by .1 PPG.  He also is the best defender out of the other players in the race.

2. Stephen Curry: 23.8 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 7.8 APG, 2.05 SPG, 0.2 BPG.
Stephen Curry is having a great season, but I do not think he is the MVP this year. He is shooting the most efficiently out of the other player in the MVP race. Even though he is the best player on the Golden State Warriors, I do not think he helps his team as much as Westbrook does.  Klay Thompson is also a great help to the Warriors providing 21.7 PPG.  Westbrook does not have a player like Klay Thompson on his team right now.

3.  James Harden: 27.5 PPG, 5.7 RPG, 7 APG, 1.92 SPG, 0.7 BPG.
James Harden is a great player and is playing like the best shooting guard in the NBA. He is one of the best players in the league at getting to the free throw line. This makes him very hard to guard for other players. Even though James Harden is having a great season, Westbrook is still leading Harden in points, assists, rebounds, and steals.
