Fantasy Football

The Recap
Hello everyone it is such an exciting time in fantasy football. I know for me I am one win away from the championship in my league. My league is a 2 QB , 2 Flex , 10 team PPR league. So a lot of times I try to help out those two QB owners as the 2 QB rosters is a growing way to play. It is my favorite way to play. So now that I give you a little background on my league lets talk about what went down this week.
Of course if you are still in it to win it in your league you made some great draft picks and made some great waiver wire pickups. For the most part you avoided big injuries , and made the right start and sits. Of course you know what your doing and you had a little luck as well.

Risers

After CJ Anderson's last three games he has your trust. Your starting him. You trust him and understand that is his job and no one else's. Anderson found the end zone three times against Buffalo. Peyton has no trouble handing off to him but he also has no problems throwing to him which is a great bonus for a running back. Especially in PPR.  Over his last three games he has averaged 131 yards on the ground and has scored 5 total touchdowns.

Odell Beckham Jr. has obviously been in your lineup for some time now. This is a stud receiver. At first he was a guy you pick up and is a matchup play. Yeah , forget that ! Your playing this guy every week with great confidence. I really don't see anyone covering this guy this Sunday. He had 130 yards and another touchdown and probably should have pulled down another Eli td pass late in the game. Over his last three Beckham has averaged 122 yards per game with three touchdowns and 28 grabs.

Fallers

Jimmy Graham where are you? What is going on with Jimmy Graham. If you have him you start him. You have to believe that he breaks out. Tight end is not an extremely deep position and If you have Graham you spent a 1-2 round pick on him. You start him and hope for the best. He can't continue to play like this. His last two games he has three catches for 25 yards. His last four games he has just 12 catches. He has been brutal but your starting him.

Colin Kaepernick has been terrible. If your one game away from the championship in your league it is not because of Kaep that's for sure. In my opinion your benching him and you feel good about that. If you have Eli Manning as a backup your going with Eli. If you have Matt Ryan , or Ben Roethlisberger your starting them no questions asked. If you happen to have him in a two Quarterback league this can be tricky. If you have for instance Eli Manning , Alex Smith and Kaep , Kaep is on my bench. If you have Kaep , Eli , and Tannehill again he is on my bench. If you have Joe Flacco , Tannehill , and Kaep once again Kaep is sitting. He plays against Seattle in Seattle , which is a horrible matchup , and two weeks ago against Seattle he thew for 121 yards and 2 picks. He has two touchdowns to 5 picks his last three.

Injuries

Julio Jones had his best career game on Monday but left limp late in the fourth quarter. Monitor it carefully , if he is active he is starting. Cam Newton was in a car accident today. He has a similar back injury to Tony Romo and we are not sure of his status yet. I personally think he misses week 15. Unless your in a fairly deep league he is probably a no go for you this weekend. Then there is Rashad Jennings. Jennings was active but limited during Sundays game. Andre Williams rushed for over 100 yards and a touchdown. If Jennings is fully healed he will start and play very well. If he is in the same role as last week Williams is your guy. Let the Jennings situation play out as long as possible. Let all of the injury questions play out as long as possible.

Standouts

At Quarterback - Cam Newton finally was back to being Cam Newton. He passed for three touchdowns and rushed for another.

At Running back- Le'Veon Bell may be the first running back off the board next year. He had 235 total yards and three touchdowns.

At wide receiver - Julio Jones caught 11 passes for 259 yards and a touchdown.

At tight end - Martellus Bennett was your guy if you play in PPR. Regardless of your league he had a nice game. 12 catches , 85 yards , and a touchdown.

At defense- The Rams ! They pitch back to back shutouts. They had 2 picks , 7 sacks and a punt return td.

At Kicker - Josh Brown was 5-5 on field goal attempts and was also 3/3 on extra points.

Some other notables  this week were Matt Ryan , Ben Roethlisberger , Demarco Murray , Jordy Nelson , Calvin Johnson , and Greg Olsen all who had monster games. Also some notes to leave you with Johnny Manziel is the new QB in Cleveland and Cam Newton is unlikely to play in week 15 after early reports. Also Julio Jones hoping to play Sunday.
