New York Jets

After the New York Jets Week 17 win over the Miami Dolphins 37-24.The Jets made some big news Monday morning when Owner,Chairman and CEO of the Jets Woody Johnson  announced that General Manager John Idzik  and Head Coach Rex Ryan will not be at there respective positions in the Jets organizations anymore going into the 2015-2016 season and will be fired.So owner Woody Johnson has hired Charley Casserly  and Ron Wolf to help him in the search of getting a new head coach and gm.So the jets have requested to interview Ravens OC Gary Kubiak, Chargers OC Frank Reich,Seahawks DC Dan Quinn, Cardinals DC Todd Bowles,Doug Marrone and Seahawks OL coach Tom Cable for the Head Coach position to replace Rex Ryan.The jets also have some general manager in mind such as Seahawks director of pro personnel Trent Kirchner,Ravens assistant GM Eric DeCosta,Texans college scouting director Mike Maccagnan and Eagles pro personnel director Rick Mueller.(Per source:Newark Star-Ledger and Adam Schefter of ESPN) My prediction for there GM spot is Texans college scouting director Mike Maccagnan and then the Jets will hire former Head Coach of the Buffalo Bills as their Head Coach. 

Atlanta Falcons 

After the Falcons lost to there rivals the Carolina Panthers for the division title they have decided to fire Head Coach Mike Smith and have GM Thomas Dimitroff stay on and still be the Falcons GM.Owner of the Falcons Arthur Blank before the game already hired a search firm for a new head
coach knowing that he will have fired coach Smith if they lost the game and now knowing they have fired Smith that they didn't trust the GM Dimitroff in hiring another head coach for the 2015-2016 season.The Falcons should mostly go for a Defensive minded coach after they finished dead last in
the NFL with the 32nd ranked defense.Some of the search firm set up by Blank have already have requested some coaches to interview for there vacant head coaching position such as New England OC Josh McDaniels,Cardinals DC Todd Bowles,Rex Ryan(formerly of Jets),Broncos OC Adam Gase,Seahawks DC Dan Quinn, and Lions DC Teryl Austin.My prediction for the Atlanta Falcons Head Coaching vacancy is Todd Bowles who is currently the DC of the Arizona Cardinals.

Chicago Bears

                              After a lousy campaign by Head Coach Marc Trestman and the GM Phil Emery the ex-GM and Head coach of the Bears.Who were both informed on Monday morning that they have been let go after his first two seasons in his first season in Chicago he went 8-8 and missed the playoffs and as I said in my opening he had a horrible 5-11.I say horrible because the Bears had so much talent on offense such as Matt Forte,Brandon Marshall,Martellus Bennett and Alshon Jeffery. Also I know there defense was horrible defense ranking the last five in defense but with that offense you should be able to score anytime you go on the field.Thats why they cleaned house and this is why the Owners of the Chicago Bears The McCaskey Family were so upset by this team this season. Some coaches they might look at to replace there Head coaching vacancy is Broncos OC Adam Gase,Seahawks DCDan Quinn,Cardinals DC Todd Bowles,Lion DC Teryl Austin and Ravens OC Gary Kubiak. Some GMs they look at to there GM vacancy is Ravens assistant GM Eric Decosta,Texans Director of Pro Personnel Brian Gaine,Saints Director of Player Personnel Ryan Pace,Titans Vice President of player personnel Lake Dawson and Chiefs director of player personnel Chris Ballard. My prediction they will get Chiefs director of player personnel Chris Ballard because before his move to Kansas City two seasons ago he was with Chicago for 12 years and as there Head Coach I say they will get a defensive coach because that's what they struggled with a season ago and they will get Seahawks DC Dan Quinn as there new Head Coach.

Oakland Raiders

               Well the Raiders were a little different then the other teams that fired their coaches they fired their coach earlier in the season when they fired Dennis Allen after going 0-4 to start the season off and they said old coach of the Miami Dolphins a couple years ago who was there assistant coach Tony Sparano will become there next  head coach once Dennis Allen was fired.They said they fired Allen because when the Raiders spent a lot of money in the offseason on guys like Justin Tuck and Lamarr Woodley and they figured that they will be better than a 0-4 start so Principal owner Mark Davis pulled the plug on Allen's term in Oakland.So they finished going 4-12 and now are in the running for a new Head Coach such as Broncos DC Jack Del Rio,49ers TE coach Eric Mangini,Eagles OC Pat Shurmur,Cardinals DC Todd Bowles,Seahawks OC Darrell Bevell and Colts OC Pep Hamilton.The coach they will get is Jack Del Rio is a favorite of owner Mark Davis and he will get this job.

SanFrancisco 49ers

                    Another weird situation in SanFransico from the rest of the teams who fired there coaches this team didn't there coach, Jim Harbaugh left and went to the a college team and that will be Michigan.Harbaugh will be making $40.1 million as coach of the 49ers.Anyway if he didn't go to college he would have been fired anyway as he was having a lot of turmoil with front office and himself.The team finished with a 8-8 record the worst under Harbaugh's term in SanFran. Harbaugh went to the SuperBowl in his four year time in a loss this brother John Harbaugh against the 

Baltimore Ravens also he made the NFC championship three years before this one. So some guys the 49ers have contacted for there vacancy is Mike Shanahan,Broncos OC Adam Gase,former Jets coach Rex Ryan and Patriots OC Josh Mcdaniels.I think they will get Rex Ryan as there head coach and he will make them back to a Super Bowl contender.

Buffalo Bills

             So Buffalo's former coach Doug Marrone who opted out of his contract on Wendesday.Marrone had a three day contract clause in his contract.Marrone led a 9-7 record in Buffalo is season but he clashed with the front office more about the quarterback situation.He will be still be making $4 million from Buffalo in 2015. But now Buffalo's top head coaching candidates are Mike Shanahan,Broncos OC Adam Gase,Seahawks DC Dan Quinn,Seahawks OC Darrell Bevell,Chargers OC Frank Reich and Colts OC Pep Hamilton.
