The Wild Card NFL Recap

Cardinals- Panthers
The story of this game was not the dominance of the Panthers but it was just how bad the Cardinals offense was. The Panthers defense played great , Luke Kuechly made a ton of tackles and forced a game ending interception. Cam Newton didn't have his best game but did enough in the winning effort. The Panthers will play the Seahawks.

Ravens-Steelers
Joe Flacco threw for over 250 yards and tossed 2 touchdowns. Flacco played a great game and looked sharp throughout. The Ravens defense was hard hitting. They were all over the Steelers for the whole game. Terrell Suggs had an amazing interception. Of course the Steelers were without there game changing running back Le'Veon Bell but you can't take anything away from the Ravens. The Ravens will play the Patriots.

Bengals - Colts
The Bengals go another year as a one and done playoff team. The Bengals had nothing on offense and were clearly overmatched by the the Colts. The defense did what it could but had no answers. Andrew Luck had another 300 yard passing game. Aj Green did not play and we clearly saw what he meant to the offense. Andy Dalton had no answers and passed for under 200 yards. The Bengals got off to a good start but could not hold off the Colts. The Colts will play against the Broncos next week.

Lions- Cowboys
This was by far the best game of the week. The Lions jumped out to a 14-0 lead but the Cowboys battled back and won the game. Terrance Williams caught two touchdown passes from Tony Romo. The big play of the day was when the refs picked up a flag originally called pass interference on the Cowboys. The Penalty would not have guaranteed a Lions win but it did help the Cowboys get back into the game. However Tony Romo deserves a ton of credit. His performance should not be overshadowed by the ref troubles. Romo pounded the ground as he layed there after throwing a touchdown. It was one of the best moments of his career. The Cowboys will play the Packers.
